SB&F Invested in Fort Worth, Invested in Our Clients.
Built in 1930, the Sinclair Building rests in the heart of bustling downtown Fort Worth. In the September 2006, Rick and Allyson Baumeister along with Ken Jaffe of Swearingen Realty Group formed an investment group named Sinclair Building Partners LP and purchased the Art Deco building from it's California owners. Rick and Allyson Baumeister, both partners in Sanford, Baumeister & Frazier, PLLC, saw an opportunity to "invest" in the future of downtown Fort Worth and their firm
SB&F now resides on the 15th and 16th floors and the majority of the 14th floor since August 2007. Completely renovated but carefully retaining all of the elegance the building's original architecture, the firm affords clients a visit to the past while working to assure their financial future
The uniqueness of the building's architecture does not just represent the structure but also SB&F's philosophy that every client is unique and SB&F strives to customize services to meet those unique needs. SB&F's size allows easy accessibility to partners. We are here to listen to our clients concerns, offer straightforward advice and recommend the needed actions to assist our clients in achieving their financial goals
Bottom line - our success depends on the success of our clients!
